4. Return Process
Follow these steps to return your order:

Receive Return Authorization with return label and instructions.
Pack securely in original condition with invoice.
Ship back using our provided label within 3 days.
5. Return Shipping
Customer pays return shipping unless product is defective.
Defective items: We arrange and pay for return shipping.
Returns must reach us within 10 days of authorization.
6. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Size exchanges: Processed within 3-5 business days.
Defective items: Full refund or replacement at our discretion.

No cash refunds – only store credit or original payment method.

Same product, different size only.
Available sizes subject to stock.
